If you are interested in bringing your child to GLC,
please complete the following procedure:

1. Call 561.624.KIDS (5437) or email info@glckids.com
to see if we have availability for your child.

2. Download and Complete the Registration Form

3. Bring in the following to GLC

  A. Your completed Registration Form
 
B. A $125 non-refundable deposit to reserve
your spot for the date we agree upon.
 
C. Your child's Florida Certified Physical
and Immunization Form


4. Smile and remember "God Loves You!!"
